All orders are shipped as research materials. The information below explains processing times, carriers, tracking, and your responsibilities as the buyer.
Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship within the United States via standard tracked carriers. Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships. Please ensure the email address on your order is correct.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed.
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim. If a product arrives broken or damaged, see our Refund & Return Policy for how to submit a claim.
