These Terms govern your use of next-levelresearch.com and any purchase you make from Next Level Research LLC ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
All products sold by Next Level Research LLC are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption and are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements, or cosmetics. No product is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
We make no representation that any product is safe or appropriate for any use other than controlled laboratory research. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice.
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are acquiring products for legitimate research purposes, and that you are qualified and authorized to handle research materials safely.
You are solely responsible for handling, storing, using, and disposing of products in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and institutional guidelines.
You agree not to resell, relabel, or represent any product for human or animal use, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities. Your order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline.
We accept cryptocurrency (processed by NOWPayments), Cash App, Zelle, and bank transfer / Link-to-Pay (ACH electronic check, processed by eDebit Direct with bank account verification by Yodlee). Card and other payment information is handled by our third-party processors under their own security standards; we do not store full payment details on our servers.
If you choose bank transfer (Link-to-Pay), you authorize Next Level Research LLC and its payment processor (eDebit Direct) to initiate a one-time electronic debit (ACH) from the bank account you connect, for the total amount of your order, on or after the order date. You confirm that you are an authorized signer on the account and that sufficient funds are available.
Bank account credentials are entered through Yodlee, a third-party verification service, and are not seen or stored by Next Level Research. ACH transactions are not instant — orders are processed and shipped after funds clear, typically within 3–5 business days.
If your bank returns the debit unpaid (insufficient funds, closed account, or other reason), your order will be cancelled and you may be charged a returned-item fee passed through from our processor (currently up to $15 per returned debit). You may revoke this authorization by contacting [email protected] before the debit is processed.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, each incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Next Level Research LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products or from any use other than controlled laboratory research. Our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
